My computer has been crashing randomly for the past few months and I thought I fixed it a while ago when I changed the DRAM voltage from 1.5v to 1.65v. My memory runs at 1600mhz so I read that 1.6v is what is recommended but just incase, I turned it to 1.65v just to ensure stability. As long as the computer doesn't get excessively hot everything is stable and smooth.
I Hate Summer
It was about 35 (Celsius) yesterday which was uncomfortable obviously. But aside from that it also made it a lot harder for me to get work done because my computer crashed every two hours or so. I have liquid cooling so there really isn't anything else I can do except lower the frequency of my CPU I suppose but I get weird instability when I do that. Lots of performance spikes and what not.
