Since Project Explore has released onto Steam I've had to work literally non-stop. I work, come home, do more work, sleep for few hours... It's really taking a toll on me but I feel like somehow it's actually making me stronger. Like a sort of work out where the more you do it the easier it becomes.
I plan to move out from Hawaii soon since the "rent is too damn high" and probably aim for somewhere like Texas or Seattle. I want a better work environment all around. I also want to be able to focus 100% of my time and energy into the game rather then the right before and/or after work.
These are screenshots taken by users of the game. I never thought the game could look so beautiful...

To celebrate the arrival of version 0.1.2.0, I wanted to really pack a punch in this update. I basically implemented and fixed everything I didn't want to but needed to do. One major request and something I didn't feel like adding at first was fishing. I love fishing but I thought... man that sounds like it would be a pain to implement in the matter of a few days. Trust me when I say IT WAS. Nonetheless it is done and fully functional. Before I continue going on about everything this update brings with it, I need to of course need to post the change log!
Change Log Alpha Version 0.1.2.0
Let's start off with some good news!
Project Explore is doing very well. I mean this as in both the games development and its sales are doing fantastic! I do not wish to share any exact numbers but it is definitely helping fund my living and working in a comfortable environment! Here is a nice picture I took of my new desk, all thanks to you guys!
Now on to the good news about the game's development! I added fishing and polished a ton of stuff!
First let us take a look at the calming environment of the fisherman. Quaint yes?
Of course I'll continue to add more fish to catch for all you salty and slimey weirdos. :P
But in the meantime for all of you land lubbers that love the water but don't want to take part in any form of interaction with it... I've added docks. Well a sort of dock system. You can now build a house on the water!
How wonderful is all that? Quite lovely indeed. Tired of getting stuck in your walls when you're building your home? That's been fixed too and the whole system has been polished. I was so proud of all the fixing I did that I felt a gif was simply necessary!
I can't wait to put out new updates soon and to keep doing what I love, game development!
